With a range of venues, equipment and seating plans to suit your every requirement, you can concentrate on your success while we take care of the details.

Day Delegate Conference Package (Full Day):

Includes:
• Secure parking
• All standard conference equipment (one per venue – additional items can be hired at a cost per item per day):
o Overhead projector (transparency) and screen
o 35mm slide projector with round carousel
o TV monitor and VHS recorder
o Lectern/podium
o Stage pieces (2m x 1m each piece)
o PA system with microphones on stands
o Flipchart or whiteboard with pens
Should you require additional units of the above items, these can be provided at a cost per day.
• Notepad and pencil per delegate
• Cordials, iced water and sweets
• Conference support table
• Early morning tea and coffee with fresh fruit juice and choice of either doughnuts, muffins or Danish pastries
• Mid-morning tea and coffee with fresh fruit juice and choice of either homemade rusks, sandwiches, toasted sandwiches, savoury croissants or bagels.
• Three-course lunch in the restaurant or on the terrace
• Afternoon tea and coffee with fresh fruit juice and choice of either homemade Dutch biscuits, fruit skewers or an assortment of tartlets
• Venue hire, with a choice of venues:

o Old Trafford
o Fenners Boardroom
o Headingley

Choose from our optional themed coffee breaks:

We will be happy to source any additional conference equipment for you at your request. Please allow at least 72 hours should you require equipment that is not on our standard conference equipment list.

Private Breakfast Functions
Options include (prices on request, per person):
• Choice of continental, English or Executive breakfast buffet

• Sherry by the glass
• Corkage fee per bottle
• Your choice of venue with seating options for up to 250 people

Our Executive Chef can also assist you in choosing a themed buffet that will impress your guests – and satisfy your budget!

Private Lunch or Dinner Functions

• Six buffet options to choose from (Traditional, Hospitality, Royal, African Delight, Spitbraai or South African braai)
• Four cocktail menus to choose from
• Set menu selection
• Fresh juice per jug

• Corkage fee per bottle
• Your choice of venue with seating options for up to 250 people
