The Heia Safari Ranch is a rustic and peaceful retreat, set in a tranquil African bushveld, only a 30 minute drive from Johannesburg and Pretoria.
Are you looking for a private – corporate – Year end function, luncheon, birthday party, product launches, incentives, teambuilding events, reunion or any other event? We can cater for up to 600 guests. A marquee can be hired in at an additional charge.

Conference Centre at Heia Safari Ranch
The Conference Centre consist of 3 air-conditioned conference rooms of various sizes for up to 100 delegates and 4 syndicates rooms for up to 10 delegates. The centre is self contained with cloakrooms, telephone facilities – that can be connected to the Internet. In the main building additional conference rooms are available. The hotel grounds are ideal for team building. After a hard day of conferencing enjoy a game drive in our own Game Reserve.
Weddings
Heia Safari Ranch is a rustic and peaceful retreat set in the tranquil African bushveld, located between Johannesburg and Pretoria, which makes it an ideal and convenient location. Your wedding should be a day to remember! Keeping in mind that each wedding is unique, we would be happy to assist and help in planning your very special day.
Main dining room A thatched enclosed room for up to 100 guests (including a dance floor) without a dance floor we can cater for 120 guests. The venue hire is R 5,100.00
The Kudu A unique shaped room with African ambience is ideal for smaller functions for up to 40 guests (including a dance floor) , without a dance floor for up to 50 guests. The venue hire is R 3,200.00
The Springbok A very cozy and intimate room for up to 32 guests, excluding a dance floor.
The venue hire is R 1 500.00
Lake Heritage (Weather permitting only) This unique setting on the shores of our Lake Heritage can cater for up to 5000 guests. This venue only caters for fast food eg. Hamburgers, hot dogs, pancakes, soup, curry and rice.
This is ideal for any corporate event.
The Boma Venue hire – R 3,900.00
