The Hotel & Country Club boasts six comprehensively equipped venues that are the perfect setting for your most productive Vaal corporate conference breakaway. Each venue is decorated stylishly and will suit any individual feel you want your conference to convey. There is an IT and AV technician on site for your convenience when you need any technical assistance.

  • Mokolo – used individually or combined, this venue provides flexible function areas making it ideal for business executive meetings, business workshops and think-tank sessions.
  • Banhoek – used individually or combined, this venue provides flexible function areas ideal for business meetings, business workshops and banqueting functions.
  • Zorgvliet – ideal for business meetings, business workshops and banqueting functions.
  • Sedibeng Conference Centre – ideal for business meetings, business workshops and banqueting functions.


Meetings

All packages include the use of standard audio visual and conferencing equipment including overhead projector, data projector, screen, flipchart and markers, whiteboard and markers, notepads, pens and mineral water. Packages exclude beverages during conference meals and use of additional equipment including PA System, television, DVD/Video, podium, microphone and portable screen

Executive 24 Hour Package
We have a team of professional coordinators who take pride in assisting you in making your conference, meeting or event as hassle free as possible. All conference and events receive the same special attention by Riviera on Vaal Hotel & Country Club’s highly dedicated conference team. Their meticulous attention to detail, friendliness and in-depth knowledge will ensure a successful occasion for you and your staff.

This package includes:

Functions

Our Soccer Pitch is an ideal location for outdoor teambuilding activities that require space. Beautifully manicured and surrounded by natural South African bush makes for a great teambuilding site.

Potjie Kos Competitions

  • Delegates form teams to see who can cook the best potjie kos meal
  • The minimum nuymber of people for this activity is 20, with a maximum of 100.
  • These take place at Inyama Grill House
  • Ingredients and equipment are provided

Pitch & Putt

  • For groups of 2 to 45 people.
  • Teams can play a round of Pitch & Putt on the nine hole course at the Riviera on Vaal Country Club

Zorgvliet Wine Tasting

  • Wine tasting for up to 50 tasters.
  • A choice of 2 red and 2 white award winning wines from our own Zorgvliet vineyard are presented by a professional sommelier
  • The wine tasting is accompanied by a wine tasting menu including a selection of cheeses, crackers and grapes

Golf Workshops

  • This activity is a beginners golfing clinic including training on chipping, putting and long range (driving)
  • Minimum amount of persons for this activity is 5 and maximum is 30
  • The activity will take approximately 2 to 3 hours (3 sessions of 40 minutes on each training area)
  • Golf clubs and balls are included
