Elements Private Golf Reserve
Located in the vast, peaceful and incredibly beautiful malaria-free bushveld region of the Limpopo Province, this stunning golf estate lies only an hour’s drive from the north of Pretoria in the magnificent Waterberg region.
With conferencing facilities for up to 50 delegates, your meeting or function will go smoothly as planned. A full complement of standard conference equipment accompanies each of our conference packages.
Enjoy a round of golf on our 18 hole Peter Matkovich designed course or relax next to your golf lodge’s private pool. The lodge is also in close proximity to the African Ivory Toute and hot mineral springs if you fancy venturing out for the day.

With a choice of either a two-bedroom or four-bedroom chalet, you will find our accommodation beautifully luxurious and set in the most breathtaking natural environment imaginable.
Golf Lodges
Two-Bedroom Chalets (maximum four people per unit)
Our spacious and comfortable two-bedroom chalets provide ample accommodation for up to four people. Two separate bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and one with two twin beds) and en-suite bathrooms make this the ideal unit for a family. The chalet has a separate lounge and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Your own pool and braai area finishes off your experience of private luxury beautifully.
Four-Bedroom Chalets (maximum eight people per unit)
Our beautifully appointed four-bedroom chalets each have four separate bedrooms (two with queen-size beds and two with twin beds) and en-suite bathrooms. Ideal for larger groups or families, each chalet has its own fully equipped kitchen and separate lounge and dining area. A private pool and braai area allow you the luxury of private entertainment in gorgeous surroundings.
Golf
Elements Private Golf Reserve boasts an 18-hole Peter Matkovich-designed US PGA Championship Golf Course and fantastic practice facilities for the avid golfer. Our golf course is ranked amoung the best golf course in the country. We also have a golf academy with expert lessons given by appointment and host successful Golf Days for groups of 20 or more players.
Golf Days (by booking only – Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays).
- Green and golf cart fees per person upon request
- Elements staff will assist in score keeping for groups of 20 or more players.
- Winter and summer standard tee-off times.
- Competition: Fourball Alliance, two scores to count (optional).
- No caddies available at Elements – you will need to bring your own.
- Halfway House: Meal and soft drink vouchers available.
- Registration takes place outside the Halfway House .
- Tea and coffee can be arranged for registration.
- Advertising-sponsored holes.
- Course Drinks: Stationary watering holes can be arranged, manned by your own representatives. Elements will provide a variety of drinks.

Location
Beautifully situated in the lush green Limpopo province, Elements Private Golf Reserve is easy to reach from both Pretoria and Johannesburg.
Directions to Elements Private Golf Reserve
- Head North on the N1 Polokwane Highway
- Pass through 2 toll gates
- +/- 60 km after 2nd tollgate take the Warmbaths turnoff and turn left towards Warmbaths. (This is the second offramp that says Warmbaths, the first says Settlers, Coddrington & Warmbaths. DO NOT take this one)
- Come to a T-Junction (O’Hagans in front of you) – turn right (over a train bridge)
- 1st traffic Signal turn left.
- Follow the Road – turns sharp right and then merges with the main road, turn left here.
- Aventura Resort / Forever Resorts Entrance on left. Pass through stop street and +/- 50m further turn right into Grobbelaar Street
- Proceed straight on that road past Warmbaths dam on left. 10km of tar road and then 5km gravel road.
- After 5km Gravel road you will encounter a left turn(Cyferfontein) – Take this Road. Elements will be on your right hand side after 5km.

About the area
Limpopo is the northern most province of South Africa. The capital is Polokwane, formerly called Pietersburg. The province was formed from the northern region of the Transvaal province in 1994, and initially named Northern Transvaal. The following year, it was renamed Northern Province, which remained the name until 11 June 2003, when the name of the province was formally changed to the name of its most important river, on the border with Zimbabwe and Botswana, after deliberation by the provincial government. Another notable consideration for the name was Mapungubwe, the area where the most ancient gold-using civilisation of the province was discovered a few years earlier.
Wildlife
Elements Private Golf Reserve is home to a wonderful variety of wildlife and bird species. Kudu, Impala, Blue Wildebeest, Zebra, Blesbok, Red Haartebeest and Mountain Reedbuck share the land with some smaller indigenous species. Few other golf estates in South Africa can boast this kind of natural diversity and beauty. Indigenous trees will be planted in, and some will be relocated to, the Estate. Sufficient watering holes will be naturally developed in the comfortable proximity to the dwellings so as to attract the indigenous wildlife and bird species. Bird Watching hides will in time be erected at selected locations.
