The colonial styled four-star David Livingstone Safari Lodge & Spa, a place of grandeur and royalty, is situated 5km from Livingstone and 7km from Victoria Falls known as Mosi-oa-Tunya – the Smoke that Thunders – one of the most impressive natural wonders of the world and Africa’s adventure capital.

The lodge has a state of the art conference centre and 72 well appointed en-suite rooms, 5 luxury loft suites with private jacuzzi, satellite TV, telephones, internet and air conditioning, all overlooking the mighty Zambezi from private balconies. The Camelot Spa offers a wide variety of treatments while guests relax and listen to the falls tumbling down from a short distance.

Meals are served at Kalai restaurant – a culturally inspired setting situated in the main lodge with contemporary afro-Arabian meals, freshly flavoured, aromatic and healthy – and at Gwembe Terrace around the pool by the river while watching the magnificent African sunset.

Activities in the area include: cruises on the Lady Livingstone, a three-decker vessel perfect for viewing hippos and crocodiles; walks with lions in Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park; Jet Extreme, powering through Zambezi’s rapids in Bakota Gorge. Directions to David Livingstone Safari Lodge and Spa from Livingstone International Airport

GPS Co-Ordinates   17°51’59.84″S   25°49’6.86″E

When departing parking area of Livingstone International Airport, it takes +- 7km to Livingstone town, using the airport road (The only road out of the airport). The airport road will then join Mosi-oa-Tunya road.

When reaching Mosi-oa-Tunya road turn right into such. Drive past Mosi-oa-Tunya building (on left hand side), continue past St. Theresa’s Catholic Church (on left hand side), continue past the Port office (on your right hand side), cross over the railway line, past the Spar shopping complex (on your left hand side).

+- ½ Kilometer after the Spar complex, turn right into Sichango Road.

Drive along Sichango road passing a billboard naming “Bushfront”on your right,

“Batoka Sky” on your left and lastly “Chrismar Hotel” on your side again.

You will then see the signage of The David Livingstone Safari Lodge and Spa just after the ending of the wire fence of Chrismar Hotel.

You will then take a left turn and be able to see the lodge after +- 3 minutes drive.
